Yea why is there so many polys. All you really did was add a cloak to it, and thats way too many polys. Try to figure out how to lessen the poly count. Good try though

like i said before...
do iether one of these:
snap normals
delete isolated vertices.
or...
what might have happened is:
copied a mesh twice
faces got duplicated

try using:
Multires modificator if you use max...if you dont,request it...it will only take 10 seconds to do...not counting the time it takes the person to load 3dsmax.
delete hero glow,people can use downloadable hero glow model in "world edior unlimted"(WEU)
or
we can use vexorians hero glow

sweet i am gonna use this in my map and will add credit to you nice first model but yeh too much polys other than that not bad 4/5
