Misha: there's one little wrongly placed glow at one of her swords, those wings could be either a little smaller or animated (same for portrait), the burning thingie should stop at death and dissipate anims. also.. the hero glow should not be connected to any moving bone

Alright. Looks like a simple model edit. All you did is party removing the TC skin parts and added some unanimated wings. Also I can see that you added the necklace of takakenji's model. Did you had permission to do so?
All in all, nothing very special. You need to make more edits.

I think that those shoulderpads do not correspond with the Burning Legion koncept, maybe even those weapons. And if they does, they are in contrast with the original Succubus coverings and equipment.

Doom Guard, Felguard and Eredar (maybe Pit Lord) should come into consideration and serve as inspiration.

shoulders simple don´t mesh good, weapons are alright but could be better. You really should animate wings, just use dreadlord animations.

it is very proportionate, if not bigger than it needs to be, should be visible if the chara is a boss, they are usually scaled up
