Hero Help Please

im having a delimii (sp) ok i have 3 heros so far,the first 3 Frieza and Cooler and King Cold have Forms, that make them stronger when they level, and my delimli is im not sure how strong to make them since im adding piccolo,lord slug,garlic junior,dabura,yakon,zarbon,cell,android 17,android 18

i need there forms to make them strong but not rigged so they even up with my other heros and stuff

all help would be appreacated

(SHORT VERSION)

I need stats for a hero with 6 forms, a hero with 5 forms and a hero with 4 forms

including stats and hp and mana, they all have hero specific skills already
