my hero always stuck at level 5 and not gaining experience . How to make the hero gain experience when level 5

Very easy. Go to gameplay constant -> Hero experience-creep reduction table. and then remove the last 0 from the table.

EDIT: Also If you want Hero to gain 100% xp from creeps, you can remove all from that table and just add 100 as only one number in the table.
