People don't like reading: use simple spell names and default ones when you can: everything will be easier to understand and more playable by casual gamers.
And put some "platform" elements, like intermittent flames, polar-escape ice, some slow pigs with the "ka-boom" ability...
Those make everything more fun
I had an idea for a Duo arena, where each player picks a hero team of two.
For instance:
Dwarf Team is composed of Rifleman(AGI) and Mortarmen(STR)
Night Elf Team is composed of Druid (INT) and Giant (STR)
Satyr Team is composed of Hellcaller (INT) and Trickster (AGI)
ETC
PROS: Never done before, adds a new level of micromanagement
CONS: Need to make two heroes for the purpose of one, people might not like two heroes
The only arena I would like to play again is Angel Arena. Where there were: A PvP system, Bosses, Creeps, Loots, Evolving Environment and safe areas.
What else could you add ? I dont know, maybe more PvP or PvP on demand. You can improve item system by adding recipes and item crafting ? A gem system ? Used to enhance weapon abilities ? Gem can only be dropped by killing other players / bosses ?
