Missing/damaged dll or dat file. "nil" means in programing language same as void, so looks like rtc_enabled record does not exist. Re-instal.

I had the exact same error, and as Legendary said, just reinstall NewGen to the new version (delete the entire folder and download the new one here: JNGP v1.5e)
