I assume by push you mean sliding, well you can A) be a noob and use WEU or you can B) Just make it move the targeted unit to its position offset by a little amount every 0.01 seconds. the angle on this shoud be the angle from his initial point and the casing hero

Use variant B in my opinion and do the following stuff...

Use a repetitive trigger (Every 0.01 seconds) which is of course initially off. Turning it on must be made when you cast the knockback spell. Once you feel that the distance between the two units is high enough, just turn off the trigger from itself. Through GUI it is not multiinstance but atleast, it works!
