I need some help with creating custom sounds for warcraft III:

1. Is there any good software that I could use to easily modify my voice to one from warcraft? (Example, I'd record a sound with my voice that would say "Death to the undead" and I would edit the voice to the Lich voice, and so on...)

2. How to replace one of the current sound sets with custom ones, or even how to create a new custom one, without replacing any?
1: There is many, but there isn't many free ones. Audacity has some features that let you screw with sound (things like filters and effects) and it's free so I guess start there, just don't expect to sound exactly like the Lich King.

3: I don't believe there is a way for that, I may be wrong but everytime someone asks that the answer is normally you have to replace one.
