You imported it wrong. Make sure all necessary files are in, all BLP files have the correct paths, and you save and restart WE. Oh, and please do not post questions here. There is a section for them. This is for introductions.

is it model or skin? If it's model, you don't have to make custom paths, but for skins you must put in default skin path...To do that, you will have to read skin tutorial... World-Editor Tutorials Site
