[Trigger] Help with upgrade glitch

Heres my trigger:

End Game Summoner
Events
Unit - A unit Finishes training a unit
Conditions
(Unit-type of (Triggering unit)) Equal to Black Citadel
Actions
Unit - Replace (Triggering unit) with a End Game Summoner using The old unit's relative life and mana

Hers all 3 of my triggers and only the end game summoner 1 is glitching:

townhall

Fortress

I dont understand why it creates 1 for neutral passive and 1 for the triggering player color but for some reason the end game summoner does :(
