help with the terrain (leveling)

hi hi (sorry if my english isnot very good )

i have a question... in some maps i've seen drastical levels of terrain like this one (HAHAHA ugly paint )

this is done with triggers, program or with a tool ?

It's with the normal Terrain editor. Just use the RAISE tool and click an area a lot.

Use the Platteau brush

then i raise the area and then i do the platteau?
