Help with Respawning Creeps

Could someone tell me the trigger(s) to make creeps respawn so many seconds after their death, on their death spot, Like they do in maps like WoW Reborn. Please I need it for my maps and help would be appriciated...

A unit dies

owner of dying unit = player 12 brown

wait 60 seconds
revive dying unit (or something dont remember) at position of dying unit.


This is what just came to my mind would work, but I really have no clue, just a suggestion
