help with making custom hero

ok im having problem making the hero's lvl at lvl 100 or higher help if any1 know plz does it have to do with triggers or just the stats plz help

It is easy,Open world editor and u will see up Advanced open it and go GamePlay Constants,open it and click on your keyboard H,u will see Hero Abllitys go down litle more and u will see hero max,then u will se Hero Max lvl 10 then edit the lvl but first click Custome GamePlay Constast true and u can put lvl hero max 1,2,3,4...10000. 10.000 is max lvl in WE.
