Help With Images

Hey I have tried too find some info on images in wc3 however what i have found has been unsuccessful so i figured i'd ask someone if they could make a system for me so that i could better understand it.

The system i need, is when a unit casts an ability, (e.g "Learn Spells") then a large square will apear at the center of the screen leaving a border arround the screen and in this square there should be different buttons and each button should have an icon on it then when the button is clicked somthing happens (doesnt matter what i can take it from there)

Preferably in GUI however jass is ok
