Help with Custom Passive Spell

I'm bad at creating my own spells, so I need a little help. I want a passive skill that increases attack damage and attack rate every time the hero makes an attack, but it is reset as soon as the hero changes target. This effect should be stackable.

My question: How do you create such a spell?
 
Here you go, I edited a similar spell I had made for someone a little while ago.

This uses Bribe's Damage Engine -> Damage Engine 5.7.1.2

It's a pretty powerful system that allows you to detect when a unit deals/takes damage and in response do anything and everything damage related.

Note that you should only ever have a single Damage Engine in your map, so be aware of this.

The map requires the latest version of wc3.
