Help with converting to blp for icons

Whenever i try to convert anything into a blp with wc3viewer it says something about an alpha channel or something and inserting an opaque one... you push yes it says its converted and whenever i try to upload it it just says its corrupted. thanks in advance
 
what are you talking about.

anyway - right click picture - save picture as, extract the viewer, click to blp and then open the picture and then it says that shit u press yes.
