Help with a model please.

Ok so i tryed to make a model from 3 other models :

Model 2

Model 3

Thise is what came out

It is something like Lich Panda

But it doesn't work if any one can help me and fix it or explane me how to fix it.I need it fast please.

You must ask for permission first.
You can't just take somebodies model, edit it, and submit it as yours, unless you give credit, and ask for permission of the author.

Ok but i wasn't going to submit it !!
It was for a map and there i was going to give credits.

But you should write to the authors of basic models for permission.
I'm sure that they can solve your problem with this model also.
