Help transfering animations

Hey,

I'm trying to transfer the animations from the nightelf transport ship to my viking boat but when I transfer them they appear on the viking boat, but for every animation it just stands there. I followed the tutorial to a T but it just wont work =/

I've attached the two models.

Open up the model of night elf's fishing boat, see the bones, change your bones name to the night elf's bone's name
And don't forget to add and remove the bones to make it smiliar to the night elf fishing boat

Vm me, i have a sacred techquice to fast transfer animation

Theirs only one bone and when I rename it and transfer it still wont work =(

Is the model attached to that bone?

Yeah, well it should be...

Use the Vertex Modifier, you can check what bone it's attached to.

Or send it to me, I'll check it out.
