Help Region & Dialogue

Hey Guys i need help to finishing my map when you Enter a Region (for Way Gate) is it possible to show dialogue and to teleport the Hero to the right place when he click on it? if its possible how can it be done? Help plz its quite going to finish my Map and i give rep point for helping of Course

I'm sorry, clicked on the wrong map.
The old was saved for roc and the changes weren't included.^^
