Help ^^ Problem concerning the lvl requirements for learning ability

I created a hero and his maximum lvl is = to 35 ...I have left the lvl skip requirements at zero ... and yet, the ability at lvl 18 needs a hero of lvl 37 :/ ...
I have tried to delete the requirements but can't seem to get rid of it ...

skip requirement at 0 will be the default skip of 2 levels, if you want to make every ability learnable for every level you would use 1.

the simple answer: change it to 1, every 1 level you can level up the ability.


the more detailed answer would be: there are 2 level requirements for each ability
the first "Stats - Required Level" is the level they can get the first level of the skill.
the second "Stats - Level Skip Requirement" is how many levels are skipped each time. 0 is equal to the default level requirement for the skill (changeable in Gameplay Constants) in this case not every level. set it to 1 then you get a new skill level every 1 level of the hero (always level-able).
