Ok What I need to know is how to play a map that i created with imported music, cause whenever i try it says Map file size to big. any one can help me?

Your music file is too big, get a different song or see if you can shorten up the one you have now.

i am willing to compress songs for people, i can potentially cut down a file size to 1/6th its original size without noticable sound loss.

well, that means that the music file you imported is to big, and it made your map exceed the limits that blizzard set for map sizes. reduce the size of your music file and it should run.

Can someone reduce size for me or tell me how? Yes I am dumb when it comes to all this computer stuff, the only thing I know or think, is that to reduce the music or song's length I'd have to use some sort of program? but can someone tell me what program or can they do it for me???

ok well pm me your xfire (preferably) or hotmail adress and i can send you the program, i would do it for you but if you are thinking about shortening it you need to do the work because you know what you want. anyways pm and i can give u the program and tips on how to use it.

Ehm thats odd, cause there is no real maximum size to make a map with the editor, or did you mean to play it over battle.net?

the maximum file size allowed to be hosted on b-net is 5MB, there's no file size limit in the world editor..

Well try compressing in that case, as I said 4Mb is the limit, so keep that in mind.
