Help me with races plz!!

I have made a map, but I have a problem: I need more races to be avaliable for selecting.
I have made anything nessesary for other races, but i simply cant select them ingame!!
is there any way to make more then 4 basic races avaliable?
I really need help, cuz if it's imporsible, this map worth nothing...

I dont think you can make more than 4 selectable races in the starting fields, when the game starts, you could have a tavern in the middle of the map that sells the races, but that may not be what ur asking for, you kinda made it trivial...

Rases

To know if it is possible to add rases (more then 4) i think it is nessesery to know how the selecting screen works...
This way i am sure it will be possible to add rases, but does anyone knows how the selection panel works?
please! badly need help. i have made a whole campaing and have made at least 7 raes. I would be more then happy if this crases could be used in custom game. for that i need selection!!! HELP!!!!

Truly amazing mappers have attempted to add races to the game creation screen before and found that it is technically impossible.

If you're making a campaign or mod, you can rename the existing races, but no more than that.

Ok, thank you anyhow.
I think i have an idea how to make the player able to start with an unusual race.
I will make special maps It would be better though if one could choose.... anyhow, as this is imporsible, i will have to make special maps...

Hello, this is exactly what I would like to do, I was searching for a solution and found this thread. Could you (or anybody else) please explain me how could I simply rename the existing races?

just go to game interface and scroll until you see e.g. orc : orc and change it

I had seen those lines, but I didn't realize they were for race name also in menus, I thought they were just for ingame tips.
