The file format suffix ".wen" has not been allocated a standard file format. You will have to consult the file manufacturer about how to use it.
If this file is involved with any kind of server software called "Hive" then this is the wrong site. This is a video game support site and unrelated to the people who made such server software.

Seems unique to this site. Would be a rather strange robot to post that kind of message as the responses seem to specific to be of any real use.

Maybe he meant .w3n and not .wen 
If that's what you mean, put the .w3n file to Warcraft III/Campaigns -folder.
Then launch Warcraft, and play choose Single Player > Custom Campaigns.
