There is no easy way, im afraid....

Well, depends what you mean by model editing? Simple weapon removal?

Or make models from scratch?

Editing means he doesnt make them from scratch but from existing models

1.:	Download Magos' Model Editor and play arond with it for some time, read the tutorials within the editor.
2.:	Dowload OinkerWinkles Tools and play with that too.
3.:	Download G-Max to understand the basics of vertexes, faces and edges.(You'll need these tools.)

BTW: I suggest you don't use that enormous red text, amkes you look kinda nooby...
