[I Need Help Modeling and/or Skining]

Hello guys, this is my frist post, i think thats the correct section if it doesn't move it please..

However, i'm new on this of modeling and skining and i need some help i saw some tutorials but i need more help i know to do somethings... il put a pics of my frist skin if someone can help me step by step making or editing a model (wc3 official model) on Msn or skype please il like to have that help.
