Help me,please,about WAR3 Reforged models

I found some great models on Custom Warcraft 3 Reforged HD Models | HIVE (hiveworkshop.com)
I want import them to 3d max with GriffonStudios,but I can't.
For example,Orgrim DoomHammer Reforged model lose head

Can anyone tell me what is the reason and tell me what to do?Thank you
