Help me in reformatting without a Boot CD [Windows XP]

Could someone help me in reformatting my PC without using any CD, it will die in a matter of days due to the damage of a virus?...

The reason that I want to do it without a CD is for the reason that the CD has been damaged and is unreadable by my CD writer... But I still have my genuine serial key but the CD is badly damaged (with scratches)...

Any help will be appreciated...

Get another CD (a ripped one might even work) and just install using that. When it comes to enter your serial Key just enter your real one you used before.

To elaborate, get another computer, torrent Windows XP, burn it to a disc, Install off that, and then put the valid CD key in, then it will work.
