Manipulating icon's color ... ?

Use MPQ Editor and search for the icon inside warcraft's war3x.mpq ( Now open bloc-notes and type there the path of where you found the file , for example Icons\Human\BTNArthas.blp and save it you will need it later ) export it
Then use Warcraft''s Viewer to convert the blp into png or jpg

Then Edit it, then use the same software to get it back to blp but edited !

Now import the edited blp into Import Editor , double click the file which is inside import editor, and check Custom path, and change the file's path to what you typed inside Bloc-notes

Easy but hard x)

Good luck

Icon: If you're gonna import it anyways, no need for the path to be exactly the same as the original. You can name it whatever you want, just be sure to have "ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtons\<icon name>.blp".

Replace the middle keyword with CommandButtonsDisabled for disabled versions. Use Button Manager for creating icons.
