[Help] Icons doesnt work?

ok, i tried to make an icon.
it lookd good and startet to be a TGA. file..
then i converted the file to a BLP. file.
I used it in my map and suddendly it didnt work..
i reinstalled warcraft, opened my map, but it didnt show my icon, it only did show a green thingy..

how do i make icons work?

You likely imported it wrong. Make sure you are using the path "ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtons\BTNmyicon.blp" for the enabled version and "ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtonsDisabled\DISBTNmyicon.blp" for the disabled version.
