i and my 3 friends found it very hard to fight with the skeletons, the damages is really horrible.

depends on your item and your level, there should be no problem if you got tank, damage dealer, healer on lvl 32 with d2 equip

We have the same problem here.
Crusader 565hp 20 armor, Sorcerer, Bishop, Assassin. All w/ decent equip (even better than d2 imo). Everyone above 30lvl. We can barely pass the 3rd wave. Tho our healer has a bit of a delay/lag we still have difficulties passing that point

20 armor is kinda low for a tank, though it's hard to get past 30 armor without D3 gear.
Crusaders sit anywhere from 47-54 armor, at best, now (which is 27-34 more damage reduced PER ATTACK; i.e. very substantial).
Might want a 5th player, perhaps a zerker, to help with crowd control/tanking, since your Sin and Sorc are glass canons by comparison.
