[Help] Converting Spellpack to Level 25 system

Can someone help me convert this spellpack to this system:

Spell 1: 5 levels
Spell 2: 5 levels
Spell 3: 5 levels
Spell 4: 5 levels
Spell 5: 5 levels
Ultimate: 3 levels

I can help you, since this is GUI and I'm good at it, but I will need you to tell me what specifically you need for each spell to be improved with each level. I will also give you a short introduction on how to change level data if you wish, later.

Well, you will need to tell me what should I get multileveled. This goes over triggers, I guess.

So, wait, you don't want to increase AoE, damage, duration and others with new levels? You just want to improve cooldown, mana cost & casting range - which are pretty much the only editable things via Object Editor?
