Help “the chosen ones”

I found a chest with 7 switches in the beginning of the game and don’t know what to do. Anyone know the solution? Also I’m open to basic need to know info about this mod. I just started it, any advice would be helpful

Ps, what is the “evil eye” iteams? I’ve found a few. Are they used for anything ?
