The construction of a map brings me here

Some questions...
I want to insert some models, icons and spells that i found here,
i need permision or something to dl and use them or i can do it freely (wrc3) ?

On some models i want to make them a little darker so they can fit on environment of the map needs the creators permision ?

What program you suggest to create doodads for wrc 3 ?

You can do it freely, but you should list them in credit list if you are to share your map to public.

Yes, you need the creator's permission for that.

Magos Model Editor, probably? There are many model editing tools, just find one that fits you most.
