Hello 'Hive' users,

Me (Pav) and my brother (George) started making maps in w3 a few years ago (age 8). Originally we tried to do nice terrain and stay away from triggers as much as possible. Later on (age 13) I discovered the 'Hive' and we started to look at and try triggers. Now (age 16) we're pretty muck experienced in most areas of the editor. We don't have any modeling software, so don't expect any models or icons from us, but we'll try to upload some maps for you guys to use if you like.

Thanks for the welcome, and if we're bothering you, please notify us (for it is usually not our intention)...

Don't worry about bothering people in the introduction forum, it's what it's here for!

Anyway, nice to see that you've already got knowledge of the editor. You can get free modelling software and tutorials in a couple of ways.

For tutorials check out our Tutorials section, as well as those at other sites such as Wc3C.

Software-wise, a common tool is gmax which can be found there. Personally, I use Blender, but it's lacking integration for wc3 atm.

So, PnG productions, welcome!
