Heal/Repair while loaded into transport

I would like to create a transport that heals or repairs units in its hold.

In the ability responsible for loading / unloading you can specify a "Load Cargo Behaviour" which should be applied to all units that are loaded into the transport. Use this field to give them a buff behaviour that boost regeneration rate.
