First and foremost... as obviously stated... this skin is just a recolour.
The colour on the front of his pants isn't even the same colour as that on the back.
Please read some skinning tutorials, and recognize that for it to be acceptable, you have to create your very own texture.

And also, in your description, don't call it a model, it is a skin.
Models are 3D, skins are 2D.
