Halp!(Item ability)

Hello, this is my first project. It's a Halloween map that involves hero micro between 2 heros, the costume and the person. I'm trying to find out how to be able to use an item to switch between heroes much like Metastatis. I've researched the topic and haven't found any tutorials for it. Halp pl0x?

So when a unit uses this item's ability (w.e its based off of)

if the triggering unit is the Costume
then
Hide and Move the "costume" to some restricted place and then move and unhide the Hero.
else
Hide and Move the Hero .... and move and unhide the costume
