(GUI) Triggered Flamestrike

Hello everyone,

I need triggered flame strike, basicly it is simillar as ingame one but I have damage done based on hero's stats and items/buffs.
Targets location and after X seconds location burns giving all enemy units X damage and another Y damage over Z seconds.

What I need it to be:

-GUI
-MUI
-AoE set in variable
-Damage over time set in variable
-Time before intial damage set in variable
-Initial damage calculated before damage action, not in Map Intilization Trigger
-Over Time damage calculated before damage action, not in Map Intilization trigger with buff/debuff check (there are buffs like "Increases fire damage taken by 30%")
-Demo map
-Leakless
-I don't need level support

Yes, there is only 1 level of spell,

There are 2 damage types, initial damage, when spell burns area, and another over time damage to everyone who stands in that area. I need to set those damages just before damaging units beacuse all damage in map is based on items, buffs, hero stats debuffs etc etc so that's why I don't set damage in map int. Also there is posibility to get "spell critical strike" and so on.
 
It's pretty new Icecrown themed ORPG with classic systems such as save/load, In/Out combat systems, unique damage detection system, 3 races with different starting locations and so on. Really special about map that every single building in map is enterable. I will be posting Map development thread around next week
