I want my item to have 6 abilities but the item ability allow only 4, how can I increase it?

Make an ability based on "Spellbook". Add the abilities you want the item to have into the spellbook and set "minimum number of abilities" and "maximum number of abilities" to the number of abilities. Then make your item have the spellbook-ability.
You can also put spellbooks into other spellbooks, so the number of abilities your item can have is practically infinite. ^^
