One Question: how I change the form of the color marks without ruining the whole alpha channel ??

I ask that because I don't want that they are seen as feathers when in fact it is supposed that they are leaves.

Oh god. Rework the face of the dwarf because right now it looks really cartoony and weird. The rest of the skin is much better though and faces are hard to freehand.

Well, the dwarven face is still ugly xD but I like the new body of the gryphon, pretty nice. Also try to add shading to the entire wings

well, matmat01, the hammer isnt green. Thats of the skin are with alpha, so, it isnt seeable.

the alpha do 2 things:
1. set the team color marks place.
2. remove areas of the skin.

Im my skin are 'unseeable' the 'tail' of the hammer. (Look a the screenshot).

I already fixed the wings and other things. i'm working on the face of the damn dwarf.
Sorry about the delay, happens that the faces are difficult to make. (and, as you know, this isnt my only work )

Hey, maybe this can help you? Btw, don't give up. Now the skin looks over saturated, it needs less bright green, but else is great! ^^

Alright, I'm liking the new wings. You need to make the rest of the body feathery too though. You just have patches of two or three right now. Gryphons need more than that. If you don't add those feathers, his body looks like a ball of plaster.

Very true. The problem is that it's way too strong of a green. Decrease the saturation. Maybe shift the hues a bit and darken it too.

Maybe something a bit like this.

it's hard to do Teamcolored leaves... maybe a TC cover-up with some.. dunno.. weird flower.. could do the job?

and Hawkwing's hue-change suits quite better lol...

EDIT: Again... color talons the same color as beak and roughen up the body details
