Group's Staff?

i think group owner can't do anything by themselves for the sake of the group
what if they are busy? the group won't maintained very well
if something such as Group's Staff does exist to help the group owner from maintaining the group, it'll be nice
and of course the group owner will choose his trustworthy staff
this is just a suggestion
