So i'm trying to animate this model, i boned it myself and started animating, then made adjustments to the bones when i saw it wasn't working too well; but then this popped up, the group of vertex is attached to one bone but they won't rotate properly and become separated during animation.
I've detached and reattached the Vertex and Bones multiple times to no avail, anyone know what the problem is?
On a side note, anyone wanna bone and animate it for me instead? xD i'm trying to learn but it would be better if someone else could do it much better.

well, in this case it can be rly tircky to find out what the flaw is.....it might have happened during conversion or sometimes what appears well in one game is (usually due to conversion or translation into another format) often messy in another. 
ly necessary.
