A nice recreation of Grom. Changes made. Works in-game. Approved!
The attack 2 animation never made sense for an axe wielder
JesusHipster made it work with his Heavy Axeman. I suggest replacing default one with this (with proper credits ofc).
Also great work as always Johnwar!
P.S. Some nitpicking. Shouldn't Stand - 4 be Spell anim? At least every BM-like model have it renamed. Right footprint is misplaced on default models (should be -Y coordinate of the left fpt to be right under the foot).

Yeah it's great, but I already tried replacing it and it did not work.
I made work, just needed to rename Helper for the weapon to successfully transfer animation, the problem is that he swings axe with back side. If someone knows how to edit rotation frames the right way, please do it.

we need a tutorial by the way to replace the classic models in reforged with these ones since the folders are a mess and blizzard didnt learn with Nightdive's Quake Remasters about shoving a Extra folder inside the unit ones since the legacy still applies to them

For what reason his he hitting the target with the handle, and noth with the blade of his axe.
Grom is the GOAT! Just want the fight last longer :D

Is it possible to add this new animation on the chaos Grom with barber :D

Or can I take that models and change textures?
I've made Chaos Grom using a separate model made by Johnwar. I also recalculated the model's extensions so the health bar wouldn't be too high.
