Gray Square with Custom Cursors

I made a Naga cursor and I imported it and it works fine, except for a gray box around it. How do I fix this?

I can't say for sure, but it sounds like you need to make the area "outside" the cursor transparent, and then save it as a file that supports transparency.

I tried that with a tga file. I'll try again.

Hm...tga just makes the transparent part white

Try using .png and then converting that to .blp, if you don't know how .tga alpha channels work

Possibly post the image and see if someone else can fix it for you? I know .gif and .png images allow invisible backgrounds. .Tga does too, but I believe you need to alpha it out.
