what is this and how to get rid of it?

1. Update your drivers.
2. Buy a new graphic card.

Any of the above could fix it.

Try lowering the game options if a new graphic card is too much and updating drivers did not help, it is possible your graphic card can not support the heavy load the game is putting on it.

well this only happens in this map and btw it's not static it "blinks". my drivers are the latest (updated one week ago). the notebook is "new". don't have any other graphic problems than this. it doesn't always appear.

Like I said, maybe it can not cope with that map at that graphic settings.
