Just remove the war3imported in front of the textures.
But it seems to be a Rip-Off model.
It's very high poly and and has no animations.
At the Hiveworkshop it's forbidden to upload rip off models or maps who contain rip off models.
Also it's illegal to rip off models.

I founded from a chinese site... 
Never mind i will use the ghoul model
(But it will be cool someone to make a Gollum skin from the Ghoul they are perfect)
