because he looks a lot creep without the ears...

With that cheap not-an-actual-portrait camera you totaly need ears. T-o-t-a-l-y. Everyone will pay attention to that constantly jumping guy's ears in the middle of the UI.

it isnot animated... can someone transfer the ghoul animations to that model?
but that is too heavy... i need something with smaller size
