Gold Mine Problem {units with Return Gold ability cannot be built next to Gold Mines}

In my map there's a building that works like a drop-off point for gold. However, when a building has the ability "Return Gold" it seems like it is unable to be build within a certain distance of gold mines But I want to be able to build my building next to the gold mine if I want to, what should I do?

Remove the ability from it in the editor and then make a trigger that gives that ability to that building when built?

I believe you have that distance value in gameplay constants.
