Global upkeep/Removing upkeep

I am trying to remove upkeep from the game. Is it possible?
I didn't find it in miscgame.txt.

I know that I can change it in world editor but the issue is that I can't change the campaign maps.

You can edit the gameplay constants for an entire campaign without need to edit each map, then you can easily remove the upkeep caps

Why do you want that? Or is you wanna create an alternate version of those campaings without the upkeep?

I just don't like upkeep system and wanna play both melee and campaign without it

How exactly? I tried replacing them using "local files" but seems it only works for models etc.

PS. Justs in case I am talking about Reforged 1.36.

If you wanna change the core mechanic of the game, you will need search or create a mod for that, not just change some local files.
