[General] Global EXP gain

Hi guys! On my 3v3 map, i've noticed that exp gets spread out evenly to all players no matter if they are in range or not. It seems to be global and i'd really like to know a way to stop this. Also, I've already changed the exp range from Game Constants and it still does Not work.

gameplay constants -> Hero - global xp distribution or something like that, try turning it off
